Fondements théoriques d'utilisation des technologies de l'information et des systèmes d'information. Proposition d’un cadre intégrateur de groupe de variables clés

Abstract

La recherche sur les fondements théoriques de l'utilisation des technologies de l'information (TI) et des systèmes d'information (SI) a révélé une diversité de variables influençant ce comportement. En synthétisant les théories, modèles et cadres conceptuels, notre étude a identifié quatre catégories principales de variables : individuelles et sociales, perceptions et attitudes envers la technologie, caractéristiques technologiques et environnementales, et expérience et usage organisationnel. Ces variables, issues de différentes perspectives théoriques, offrent un éclairage complet sur les déterminants de l'utilisation des TI & SI dans les organisations. Notre cadre intégrateur de groupe de variables propose une approche holistique pour analyser ces déterminants, en tenant compte des interactions complexes entre les facteurs individuels, sociaux, organisationnels et environnementaux. En regroupant ces variables en cinq groupes distincts, notre modèle offre une structure claire pour comprendre et prédire les comportements d'utilisation des TI & SI dans divers contextes organisationnels. Cependant, malgré la richesse des données recueillies, certaines limites de la recherche doivent être prises en compte. En particulier, l'étude se concentre principalement sur les variables internes aux organisations, laissant de côté les facteurs externes tels que les pressions réglementaires ou concurrentielles. De plus, notre analyse est basée sur des données théoriques et conceptuelles, nécessitant des études empiriques pour valider notre cadre intégrateur. Malgré ces limites, notre recherche offre des contributions significatives tant sur le plan théorique que méthodologique et managérial. En consolidant les connaissances existantes et en proposant un cadre analytique robuste, notre modèle fournit des outils précieux pour les chercheurs et les praticiens afin de comprendre et de promouvoir une utilisation efficace des TI & SI dans les organisations. Les futures recherches pourraient se concentrer sur la validation empirique de notre modèle et explorer davantage les interactions entre les variables identifiées, offrant ainsi de nouvelles perspectives pour améliorer les performances organisationnelles grâce à l'utilisation des TI et des SI.
