Abstract

Comment le projet sociopolitique d'une organisation de l'économie sociale et solidaire (OESS) s'incarne-t-il dans des outils de gestion, qui eux-mêmes le matérialisent ? La littérature considère autant les risques de dérives que l'absence d'adaptation des OESS qui prônent ou condamnent l'introduction d'outils de gestion issus d'entreprises à but lucratif. Pour dépasser ces perspectives, cet article mobilise le cadre d'analyse méconnu de Rousseau (2007), qui conçoit les outils de gestion du sens comme un moyen d'articuler logique militante et logique gestionnaire dans les OESS. L'étude de cas réalisée analyse comment la coopérative d'activités et d'emploi Coopaname articule son triptyque mythe, militantes et gestes sociaux via des outils de gestion du sens favorisant la coopération. Précisant l'approche de Rousseau, cet article montre que l'articulation des trois éléments du triptyque repose sur la complémentarité de plusieurs outils de gestion du sens. Ces résultats permettent de discuter des défis relatifs aux outils de gestion du sens, en suggérant des pistes pratiques et théoriques.
