Abstract

Le financement des entreprises peut-il être solidaire ? Des modes de gouvernance permettent-ils aux entreprises de rester réellement démocratiques ? Les outils de gestion peuvent-ils être identiques dans les entreprises sociales et solidaires ? La gestion de projet peut-elle être adaptée aux spécificités de ces entreprises (en particulier à ses nombreux projets interorganisationnels) ?
