Les enseignants-chercheurs français en gestion face aux nouvelles injonctions institutionnelles : consentement, résistance ou servitude volontaire ?

Abstract

La communication a pour objet de problématiser l'ambivalence du consentement à des injonctions discutables, voire problématiques, et de l'appliquer à l‘univers de l'enseignement supérieur en gestion. Nous l'aborderons ici à partir d'une situation professionnelle particulière: celle que vivent de nos jours les enseignants-chercheurs en gestion, notamment français, face aux nouvelles injonctions auxquelles elles et ils sont soumis. Pour ce faire, elle part de la réflexion célèbre, élaborée par La Boétie sur Le discours de la servitude volontaire. La communication est structurée ainsi : après un rappel des principales idées de La Boétie dans son Discours sur la servitude volontaire, et des nouvelles injonctions, elle essaie de montrer comment un certain nombre d'enseignants-chercheurs français en gestion se plie aujourd'hui à une de ces nouvelles injonctions devenue impérative : « publier ou périr » ; elle se termine par une brève conclusion dans laquelle l'auteur esquisse les principaux enjeux que cela pose pour nos univers sociaux, notamment de langue française. Le phénomène étant observée aussi dans d'autre univers nationaux.
