Is agricultural land a common good in France?
[Le foncier agricole est-il un bien commun en France ?]

Abstract

Based on the work of Elinor Ostrom, this article examines the current status of agricultural land in France. The study of the French institutional architecture, which frames land distribution, shows that agricultural land cannot be considered as a common good in France.
