Mesurer Les Écarts De Rémunération Homme-Femme Au Sein Des Personnels Militaires De La Gendarmerie

Abstract

Suite à la loi du 6 août 2019, les employeurs des trois fonctions publiques ont dû mettre en place un plan d'action pluriannuel pour l'égalité professionnelle entre les femmes et les hommes. Dans ce contexte, une étude a été menée par l'Observatoire économique de la Défense 2 (OED) pour le Bureau de l'analyse et de l'anticipation (BAA) de la Direction générale de la gendarmerie nationale (DGGN), afin de mesurer les écarts de rémunération homme-femme des personnels militaires de la Gendarmerie nationale. Il peut paraître qu'un écart de rémunération injustifié entre personnels féminins et masculins n'est pas possible cependant les trajectoires de carrière des hommes et des femmes de la Gendarmerie n'apparaissent pas identiques.
