Abstract

Depuis le début de l'année 2020, la crise sanitaire mondiale met en évidence à la fois l'importance des structures publiques, notamment locales, pour l'organisation de la vie sociale et économique de nos pays et de leurs habitants, mais aussi les limites et insuffisances dans leurs modes actuels de fonctionnement. Ainsi, la Covid 19 met en exergue plusieurs problèmes de management, auxquels des solutions semblent devoir être trouvées.
