Abstract

The aim of this work is to lower the risk of fraud in financial markets. Controls are mostly quantitative and they deserve to be completed with evidence from psychosocial fields. We therefore explore this psychosocial dimension and propose an appropriation-related framework and an associated tool: the appropriation scales.
