L'entreprise globale dans l'économie de marché

Abstract

Les économistes libéraux et les firmes multinationales ont fait prévaloir l'intérêt du marché en s'appuyant sur les résultats hypothétiques de l'optimalité néo-classique fondée à la fois sur la perfection de l'information, la rationalité économique, le laissez faire de principe et la concurrence sur les marchés contestables. Cependant, le pouvoir économique des firmes n'est pas souvent pris en compte, ce qui réduit la capacité concurrentielle de leurs concurrents. Or, le processus de globalisation actuel de mondialisation, régionalisation, triadisation est impulsé par les firmes multinationales qui exercent en outre une influence décisive à la fois sur les marchés, sur les organisations économiques internationales et sur les Etats.
