Abstract

La présente étude comprend trois parties. Dans la première, après avoir analysé la situation actuelle des industries alimentaires et les réformes de structure auxquelles les entreprises, coopératives ou capitalistes, doivent procéder, pour améliorer leur compétitivité et jouer un rôle dans l'orientation des productions agricoles, nous examinerons les conditions dans lesquelles s'effectue l'industrialisation des exploitations et les conséquences qui en découlent. La double évolution des structures de production et de transformation conduit à une interdépendance de plus en plus grande de ces deux activités, favorise les mécanismes d'une intégration,et conduit, sous certaines conditions, à la constitution d'ensembles agro-industriels plus ou moins centralisés. L'analyse détaillée de l'un de ces ensembles nous conduira, dans une deuxième partie, à étudier les problèmes d'une organisation de la production qui s'y posent. Un modèle mathématique nous permettra de préciser certains aspects de l'organisation de l'ensemble et les mécanismes qu I il met en œuvre pour assurer sa stabilité. La troisième partie de l'étude sera consacrée à l'analyse de la politique suivie par les responsables, au niveau des fonctions de transformation et de commercialisation des produits. Après avoir analysé les modalités suivant lesquelles s'effectuent ces différentes opérations, nous essaierons de définir ce que pourrait être la politique d'investissement du centre de décision principal.
