Abstract

La prise en compte de la dimension territoriale offre à la fonction RH de nouvelles opportunités d'action. Une alternative semble se dessiner entre une gestion « territorialisée » des RH qui ne ferait qu'élargir le périmètre d'action du DRH sans en modifier le contenu et une gestion des RH « territoriale » correspondant à un nouveau modèle de GRH. Cette alternative est questionnée au regard d'une enquête prospective menée auprès de DRH de la région Grand Est. Les résultats montrent une vision contrastée des professionnels sur les opportunités offertes par le territoire. Ils sont analysés et mis en perspective au regard de la littérature existante et de la méthodologie prospective utilisée.
