Abstract

Cette expérimentation montre l'effet du statut du recruteur, présenté à un groupe de candidats comme membre de l'entreprise qui embauche, et à l'autre comme consultant privé, sur l'image sociale que construit le candidat. Un modèle normatif distinct dans les deux groupes guide cette construction : face au consultant, le candidat se montre interne, en se présentant comme sujet agissant sur un environnement auquel de plus il se réfère de façon personnalisée, en même temps qu'il se distancie de son expérience propre dont l'évaluation est laissée au recruteur. Face au recruteur de l'entreprise, c'est au contraire dans la référence à son expérience que le candidat manifeste son internalité, par un discours personnologique et auto-évaluateur, tandis qu'il s'efface de son propos sur l'environnement en particulier organisationnel : par l'affirmation, sur un mode impersonnel, des valeurs de l'entreprise, il se montre simultanément idéologiquement interne et comportementalement soumis.
