Abstract

Cet article présente les résultats d'une étude empirique sur l'usage des indicateurs de capital humain. Outre des éléments descriptifs sur la manière dont les indicateurs sont diffusés au sein de l'entreprise, les résultats montrent également que la performance est positivement associée à la mise en place de ces indicateurs, mais que cette mise en place n'a pas encore atteint un niveau avancé.
