Abstract

L'examen des exigences d'un développement équilibré commande d'abord de traiter des modalités spécifiques de la croissance agricole en rapport avec la progression nationale en raisonnant en termes de valeurs et en privilégiant donc les effets-prix ; il convient ensuite d'envisager sur le reste de l'économie l'impact d'objectifs de croissance différenciés en raisonnant cette fois-ci en termes réels et en mettant dès lors l'accent sur le processus de la mobilité professionnelle ; en interprétant et en prolongeant les résultats du modèle, nous seront enfin à même de percevoir, au niveau des grands équilibres, les difficultés de mise en œuvre d'une politique de parité de croissance entre revenus agricoles et extra-agricoles.
