Abstract

Le projet connaissance des coûts des activités des établissements d'enseignement supérieur et de recherche est porteur d'enjeux majeurs pour leur financement, l'accompagnement de leur transformation et l'amélioration de leur performance globale. Conduit par la DGESIP avec les partenaires institutionnels de la communauté universitaire et des établissements volontaires, il a procédé d'une démarche partagée de co-construction d'un référentiel commun à la formation et à la recherche, et d'une méthodologie qui sont de nature à favoriser à la fois la régulation du système d'enseignement supérieur et de la recherche et l'amélioration de la qualité de fond du pilotage des universités et écoles d'ingénieurs.
