Abstract

La Responsabilité Sociale de l'Entreprise (RSE) est devenue, ces dernières années , l'un des thèmes les plus importants de la littérature managériale. Ce concept correspond bien à l'intégration, par l'entreprise, d'objectifs sociaux en plus des objectifs économiques. Cette notion de responsabilité sociale de l'entreprise (RSE) suscite un intérêt grandissant dans le monde académique et managérial francophone et européen. Ce phénomène, parfois assimilé à la diffusion d'une véritable mode managériale « importée » des Etats-Unis vers les pays européens, apparaît surprenant lorsqu'il est analysé d'un point de vue socioculturel.
