Abstract

Si le développement de l'innovation constitue un enjeu majeur pour les entreprises, rares sont celles qui anticipent les risques propres à un dispositif de gestion de l'innova-tion. de son côté, la littérature abondante et variée de la démarche en mode projet envisage rarement à la fois les aspects stratégiques et opérationnels qui traversent la gestion de l'innovation. En quoi la gestion de dispositifs innovants en mode projet présente-t-elle des risques pour une université d'entreprise ? A partir d'une recherche doctorale conduite en contrat Cifre à Alcatel-Lucent, nous avons identifié une diversité de risques basée sur l'expérience et le retour des deux précédentes structures mises en place.
