Abstract

Notre problématique centrale entend définir le rôle de l'animal de compagnie en tant que facteur d'implication et de réduction du stress dans une organisation. A l'heure actuelle, seuls des effets thérapeutiques encourageants ont été soulignés dans un contexte totalement différent de celui de l'entreprise. A partir d'une base théorique claire (théorie de la facilitation sociale et analyse sur le support social), cette communication s'attache à mieux comprendre l'impact possible d'une ressource peu étudiée sur deux concepts clés dans la littérature managériale : le stress et l'engagement organisationnel. Abstract : Our central problems intend to answer the role of the pet as factor of involvement and reduction of stress in an organization. In present time, alone encouraging therapeutic effects were underlined in a context completely different from that of the organization. From a clear theoretical basis (theory of social facilitation and analysis on social support), this paper seeks to better understand the potential impact of a little studied on two key concepts in the management literature resource: stress and organizational commitment.
