Abstract

Le concept de l'« injustice perçue » est de plus en de plus mobilisé dans les modèles sur la perception des prix. Mais, qu'est-ce que l' injustice perçue et comment ce concept est-il mesuré dans les recherches antérieures ? L'objectif de cette recherche est de répondre à ces deux questions à travers une revue de littérature et une étude qualitative par la méthode des incidents critiques. Notre recherche ambitionne également de proposer une échelle de mesure de l'injustice perçue à l'égard des prix.
