Abstract

Project management favours the adaptation to different situations which arise. A training-action programme was created based on real-life problems and which responds to strategies to professionalize healthcare managers and bring nursing training up to degree level. It provides a new perspective for the professionalization of healthcare managers, in initial as well as continuing training
