Abstract

L'article considère l'état actuel de ces deux options budgétaires pour une Union économique et monétaire de stade plus avancé (UEM2) avec seulement la discussion de deux des éléments les plus importants des réformes budgétaires proposées : de nouvelles ressources propres et un Trésor européen.
