Abstract

Small businesses in hypergrowth are quite different from other businesses, because of their rapid pace of development. Issues raised by hypergrowth strategies are numerous, because such a pace of development leads the firm to exploit its resources in a permanent urgency. What could be the success keys for hypergrowth in small businesses? Keys for a durable hypergrowth comes from the combined management of paradoxical couples: intent and adaptation, exploration and exploitation, internal and external growth.
