Abstract

La communication propose d'ancrer la performativité critique sur la notion de micro-émancipation. Discutant l'approche d'Habermas sur la pratique communicationnelle et son dépassement pour prendre en compte les éléments pratiques, subjectifs et idéologiques de la communication, ainsi que les écrits récents sur la performativité critique, nous proposons d'explorer comment des stratégies de micro-émancipation peuvent émerger des pratiques discursives dans les organisations. A partir d'un échantillon d'alterconsultants, l'étude empirique explore les stratégies envisagées pour la performativité critique en se centrant sur les questions suivantes : Sur quoi la vision normative de l'intervenant porte-t-elle ? Un dialogue libre et ouvert, rationnel et sincère est-il possible ? S'agit-il de « lever la censure » sur les non-dits des organisations ? Quelle prise en compte des managers, du contexte organisationnel et de ses contraintes ? Les résultats renseignent à la fois la nature du savoir produit par les alterconsultants et les stratégies de performativité issues de la théorie critique
