Abstract

L'économie marocaine voit coexister les systèmes artisanaux et commerciaux des souks et le développement d'entreprises industrielles et commerciales souvent liées par des relations de sous-traitance avec des donneurs d'ordre européens notamment français. Les exigences de ces derniers en matière de rapport qualité de service / coût conduisent les entreprises marocaines à optimiser leur fonctionnement, à rationaliser leurs choix d'organisation et ainsi à introduire la démarche logistique dans leurs processus de gestion. L'intensité concurrentielle entre sous-traitants incite elle aussi ces entreprises à se moderniser, à faire évoluer leur management à grande vitesse. Le cas de l'entreprise Textila illustre les bénéfices incidents en matière de transfert de compétences, d'adoption de nouveaux outils ou démarches de gestion, qu'un sous-traitant peut retirer des exigences logistiques de son donneur d'ordre.
