Abstract

La politique de financement mise en oeuvre par les entreprises affiche des différences non négligeables selon les pays. Par ailleurs, loin d'être statique, le comportement financier évolue au cours du temps. Comment peut-on expliquer ces différences dans l'espace et dans le temps? Telle est la question qui a inspiré cet ouvrage. L'approche traditionnelle de la finance d'entreprise ayant un faible pouvoir explicatif au niveau des comparaisons internationales, l'auteur cherche à rendre les choix de financement intelligibles grâce à une approche évolutionniste de la théorie du gouvernement d'entreprise.
