Abstract

L'objet de cette communication est d'analyser les mutations majeures des coopératives agricoles afin de percevoir en quoi la course à la taille va les conduire à poursuivre leurs évolutions organisationnelles. Nous mobilisons une approche par le périmètre coopératif qui utilise les enquêtes statistiques nationales pour 1995, 2000 et 2005. Les résultats soulignent le développement des groupes coopératifs, une distinction entre le secteur des IAA et celui du commerce de gros. Mais les liens de contrôle partagé et minoritaires entre les entreprises, révèlent le développement de nouvelles formes d'alliances et de partenariats tant à l'aval des filières qu'à l'amont.
