Abstract

Cette communication s'intéresse aux conditions jouant un rôle dans le succès ou l'échec des mobilités intra-organisationnelles. La littérature portant sur le succès de carrière ou d'une mobilité traite le plus souvent des mesures a posteriori du succès (mesures objectives, telles que la rémunération, ou subjectives, telles que la satisfaction)et des déterminants des choix effectués tout au long de la carrière (genre, éducation, personnalité, ancres de carrière). En revanche, peu de travaux s'intéressent aux conditions à mettre en place par anticipation pour réussir une mobilité dans les premiers mois de la prise du nouveau poste.A partir de données issues de 61 entretiens, dont 41 récits de vie, réalisés au sein d'un centre d'ingénierie en France, nous proposons d'identifier quelles sont les conditions de réussite dans les premiers temps qui suivent la mobilité sur un nouveau poste et leur rôle dans le succès de la mobilité. Nous éclairerons ces résultats à l'aide d'exemples de mobilités réussies, difficiles ou ayant échoué. Mots-clés : mobilité intra-organisationnelle, succès de carrière
