Abstract

Gunther Teubner est un professeur de droit privé et de sociologie du droit qui contribue depuis les années 1980 au renouvellement de la pensée dans ces disciplines par une réflexion stimulante aux frontières de l'économie et de la gestion. A partir d'une lecture de plusieurs textes de Teubner, nous proposons un panorama critique de sa réflexion.
