Abstract

L'activité projet incarne dans une certaine littérature managériale le mythe de l'action heureuse. Investissez-vous au travail ! Epanouissez-vous en projet ! Mais le projet n'est-il pas, aussi, destructeur de sens, porteur de pathologies et de destabilisations ? En entreprise, les projets sont devenus de véritables machines à exiger et à juger les individus. Bref, le « côté sombre » des projets existe. Cet article s'efforce d'en proposer une structuration provisoire en mobilisant la littérature managériale, embryonnaire sur le sujet, et de nombreux verbatims d'acteurs projet. Pour que les conditions de travail se détériorent au fur et à mesure qu'augmente la stimulation au dépassement de soi et au travail collectif, il faut que quelque chose ne tourne plus rond au royaume des Ressources Humaines en entreprise, et donc au cœur même du capitalisme.
