Abstract

Le débat de l'organisation démocratique de nos sociétés. dépasse de loin celui des nudges, mais nous paraît constituer la toile de fond des discussions portant sur de tels outils. C'est donc en intégrant la problématique du cadre du choix social que nous souhaitons réfléchir à l'émergence des nudges en tant que convention scientifique et sociale amenant à promouvoir une dynamique institutionnelle spécifique axée sur l'individu et se substituant à d'autres dynamiques institutionnelles plus ouvertes à la discussion collective.
