Abstract

L'objet de cet article est de définir et d'analyser les incidences qu'ont les technologies sur les éléments qui composent le «métier de service» et l'identité sociale des entreprises de service. Les nouvelles technologies annoncent un processus d'innovation qui devra leur permettre à la fois de mieux «performer» sur leur métier de base mais aussi d'acquérir de nouvelles compétences non directement liées à leur savoir-faire d'origine. Mais dans les deux cas, les entreprises de services devront à la fois gérer un risque marketing certain, d'un strict point de vue du client et un risque managérial impliquant au regard de leur organisation et des collaborateurs qui la composent.
