Abstract

À l'échelle des territoires, le débat autour du développement territorial fait écho à la montée en puissance de nouveaux besoins en termes d'observation sociale et d'évaluation. Une telle réflexion se nourrit également des travaux menés à différentes échelles pour promouvoir le bien-être, repenser la richesse et concevoir une organisation socio-économique plus respectueuse des êtres humains et de l'environnement. Elle amène à s'interroger, dans le sillage du rapport Stiglitz-Sen ou de la loi récente d'Éva Sas, sur les indicateurs à construire pour "compter ce qui compte".
