Abstract

Trois focus groupes ont été conduits avec des professionnels des ressources humaines, des managers et chefs de projets systèmes d'information, pour mieux comprendre comment ils ou elles perçoivent leurs jeunes collaborateurs. Il en ressort que, pour les entreprises, l'enjeu semble se trouver aujourd'hui sur la recherche d'un équilibre entre le potentiel de transformation numérique offert par cette nouvelle génération et le besoin de respecter des modes de fonctionnement régulant les rapports au travail depuis longtemps.
