Abstract

Cet article propose une analyse descriptive des transitions sur le marché du travail en Europe à partir du panel européen eu-silc pour 2006-2007. Certains groupes sociaux apparaissent défavorisés en termes de mobilité sur le marché du travail, en particulier les peu qualifiés, les seniors, les personnes en mauvaise santé, mais également, dans une moindre mesure, les femmes et les jeunes. Dans une perspective comparative, l'analyse valide l'hypothèse d'hétérogénéité des transitions au sein de l'Union européenne, certains pays augmentant par exemple la probabilité moyenne de connaître des mobilités favorables (notamment les pays nordiques). En outre, si les probabilités de transition sont inégales entre les groupes sociaux (selon le sexe, l'âge ou le diplôme), l'analyse montre que ces inégalités sont plus ou moins marquées selon les pays.
