Abstract

This publication deals with the issues of the special forms of support of the innovation activity in Russia: foundations for funding R&D; giving research grants; special order allowing budget institutions to transfer to the statutory capital of daughter organizations rights on R&D; special regime in Skolkovo. The authors focus on the tax issues.
