Abstract

La recherche traite du processus d'implantation de programme de qualite totale dans deux entreprises du secteur de la metalurgie auxquels les ouvriers et les syndicats participent de facon active. Nous voyons comment l'innovation est intentionnellement creee et diffusee parmi les acteurs organisationnels avant que la resistance ne prenne forme parmi certains groupes professionnels dans chaque usine.
