Abstract

L'augmentation du niveau d'education de la population, l'extension du secteur tertiaire et des activites a forte valeur ajoutee au detriment des activites manuelles, l'automatisation des taches et la croissance rapide des technologies de l'information sont autant d'evolutions du monde du travail qui tendent a une redistribution des rapports de force au sein des entreprises. Le but de ce memoire est d'etudier l'evolution des techniques de controle qui ont accompagne les changements dans le monde du travail.
