Abstract

Le propos de cette etude est de promouvoir une approche nuancee des relations age-efficacite. Plutot que de s'interroger sur l'ampleur et les consequences eventuelles d'une baisse de productivite due au vieillissement demographique, nous proposons d'examiner les conditionss d'une activite efficiente des salariers ages et/ou experiementes, c'est-a-dire les conditions dans lesquelles l'effet de leurs deficiences eventuelles peut se trouver limite et compense, et ou leurs atouts peuvent au contraire etre mis a profit.
