Abstract

En la presente nota se aboga por una revisión integral y coordinada de los distintos componentes de nuestro modelo de financiación territorial con el fin de mejorar su funcionamiento conjunto. Las prioridades de la reforma han de ser la sencillez y transparencia del modelo, la equidad en el reparto de recursos y una mayor responsabilidad fiscal.
