Segmentation du marché du travail en Algérie et la détermination du salaire dans les secteurs agricole, moderne non protégé et modernes protégé

Abstract

Tout en s’inscrivant dans la logique de validation empirique de la théorie de la segmentation du marché du travail, la présente étude propose de dépasser la structuration du marché du travail basée sur le clivage entre formel et informel au profit d’une structuration fondée sur les différentiels de protection institutionnelle associée à l’emploi occupé et indépendamment du caractère formel ou informel du lieu de travail. La démarche poursuivie pose une problématique assez pertinente en reliant le thème de la segmentation du marché du travail à celui de la validation de la théorie du capital humain. Pour ce faire, nous avons utilisé les micros données issues de la dernière enquête disponible sur la « consommation – revenu » réalisée auprès des ménages par l’Office National des Statistiques (Algérie).
