Abstract

Recolecta informacion y analiza metodos y criterios de asignacion de recursos para el desarrollo balanceado de la region; y examina mecanismos y estructuras institucionales de planificacion con el proposito de formular politicas nacionales que integren los problemas de la distribucion espacial de la poblacion, las actividades economicas y el logro social.
