La Comunidad Andina De Naciones Y Su Inserción En El Nuevo Regionalismo

Abstract

Resumen Este documento expone la dinámica de la CAN, teniendo en cuenta los posibles impactos de las tendencias mundiales en cuanto al nuevo regionalismo, partiendo del fortalecimiento comercial, (alcanzado a través de políticas económicas), cuyos volúmenes se han visto incrementados fuertemente en los últimos anos, tanto en el plano intrarregional como interregional, considerando el lento proceso de unión aduanera y la consolidación de la zona de libre comercio. Existen condiciones políticas que pueden afectar el funcionamiento estructural del grupo regional, tales como los conflictos de poderes entre los distintos países que la conforman o fallas en el sistema de política interna del grupo. El aspecto social toma importancia en el nuevo regionalismo dando como resultado programas de cooperación, complementariedad y solidaridad que puedan llegar a mermar los problemas en este aspecto, y mejoren la calidad de vida de las personas por medio de la integración.
