Abstract

Resumen Esta investigación centra su análisis en el comportamiento de las principales variables macroeconómicas de los países de la Asociación Europea de Libre Comercio AELC (EFTA sigla en inglés) y Colombia, con el objetivo de investigar la dinámica del Producto Interno Bruto - PIB, la tasa de inflación, la tasa de desempleo, la Inversión Exterior Neta, la Inversión Extranjera Directa, las exportaciones, las importaciones, el consumo privado y el consumo público de los países a suscribir el Tratado durante 1970 a 2008. Cabe mencionar que, el presente documento es un primer paso a investigaciones futuras, acerca de los efectos que traería la firma del tratado para Colombia.
