El efecto de la educación sobre la calidad del empleo en Colombia

Abstract

RESUMEN: Este artículo analiza la calidad del empleo para Colombia en el 2009. Los resultadosmuestran que aún cuando el índice ha mejorado con respecto a cálculos realizados en el 2001, éstesigue siendo inferior a los niveles necesarios para tener un empleo de calidad. De igual forma, secontrasta la endogeneidad de la educación y se propone una forma de corrección a fin de obtenerestimadores consistentes y eficientes de la calidad del empleo.
