Abstract

La revolución en las tecnologías de información en las tres últimas décadas en el mundo ha trasformado radicalmente no solo los canales a través de los cuales se distribuye la información, sino también y de manera significativa las costumbres y modos de relacionarse de los usuarios de la información con dichas tecnologías. Una característica importante en este contexto es la interacción entre el oferente de la información y el usuario.
