Reforma a la seguridad social en Colombia, 1993 – 2007

Abstract

En esta Observación se revisan los aspectos estructurales de esta reforma y la evolución que han tenido los mismos en la legislación. Se presenta una breve mirada de la situación latinoamericana, la lectura de los principales aspectos del sistema de seguridad social y la evolución legal de los parámetros que lo sostienen, hasta la norma más reciente en el campo de salud, la Ley 1122 de 2007.
