KONKURRENZBEZIEHUNGEN ZWISCHEN DER BIOGASERZEUGUNG UND DER TIERISCHEN PRODUKTION (German)

Abstract

Die durchgeführten Kalkulationen zeigen, dass die Biogaserzeugung gegenüber den anderen Betriebszweigen einen hohen Gewinnbeitrag aufweist. Dies ist im Wesentlichen auf die 2004 angehobene Stromeinspeisevergütung zurückzuführen. Andererseits wird vor allem den Rinder haltenden Betrieben aufgrund der entkoppelten Direktzahlungen die Aufgabe der Tierhaltung und der Übergang zur Biogaserzeugung erleichtert. Allerdings ist die Biogaserzeugung durch einen relativ hohen Flächenanspruch bei gleichzeitig relativ geringem Arbeitzeitbedarf gekennzeichnet. Demzufolge wirken sich steigende Pachtpreise sehr ungünstig auf die Wettbewerbskraft der Biogaserzeugung aus. Andererseits kann der Übergang zur Biogaserzeugung zu einem verringerten Arbeitseinsatz in der Landwirtschaft und einem verstärkten Bedarf von außerlandwirtschaftlichen Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten führen.
