Abstract

This paper focuses on the role of the corporate culture during the phases of Merger and Acquisitions, in the Greek Banking Sector. This role is studied via the variable Culture Relativity that often leads in culture incompatibilities. The results obtained from quantitative and qualitative survey revealing four dimensions of culture relativity, the equal status, the Uncertainty, the Loss of Autonomy and the Acceptance of Change.
