Abstract

Chapter 14 focuses on the process and techniques to write engaging content for the major social media platforms such as: Facebook, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, YouTube, Weibo, TikTok, Threads, Pinterest, blogs and chatbots. This chapter also explores how Social Media Managers can leverage AI technology in ethical ways to generate social media copy and provides advice on how to manage complaints written on social media profiles.
