Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel erfahren Sie, was eine zündende Innovation charakterisiert und was sie einzigartig macht. Eine zündende Innovations- oder Produktidee muss dem Markt gefallen und nicht dem Genie. Das heißt, der Nutzen des Produkts muss von der Zielgruppe auf Anhieb akzeptiert werden. Ohne „Wenn“ und „Aber“. Dabei kann der Pro-duktnutzen objektiver und/oder subjektiver Natur sein. Bahnbrechende Ideen müssen, wenn sie denn erfolgreich für das Unternehmen sein sollen: • zum Unternehmen, • zu seinen Stärken, • seinem Image, • seinen Märkten • und vor allen Dingen zur Unternehmensstrategie passen.
